  We've used New Outlooks for both a new Deck, and Basement Remodel. In both instances they were professional, courteous, and provided a high quality product that we continue to receive compliments on day after day. Jon was a pleasure to work with, and was responsive and reasonable when we hit a few bumps or challenges. Prices are on the higher side of competitive, but the finished product and overall responsiveness and professionalism make me feel like our money was well spent. Something, that is unfortunately a rarity in the world of home improvement contractors. We will easily consider New Outlooks for our next project and would recommend you do as well.
